CREATIVE LEAD – BRAND & COMMUNICATION

Function: Central Marketing Team
Location: Dubai
Scope: Cross-industry (FMCG, Energy, Real Estate, BFSI and other verticals)
Reports to: Group CMO (VP – Marketing & Branding) and work in close coordination with Brand Managers across industries.

Role Overview
We are looking for a senior Creative Lead to drive creative strategy, direction, and management across multiple business verticals.This is a central shared-capabilities role that will work across industries and brands, shaping visual language, brand storytelling and campaign expression across FMCG, Energy, Real Estate, and emerging sectors. The role will focus on creative strategy, creative governance, and execution management, ensuring strong, consistent, and high-quality brand expression across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Strategy & Direction
• Drive the overall creative strategy across group brands and verticals.
• Translate marketing and business objectives into strong creative routes and concepts.
• Ensure consistency in brand identity, tone, and visual language across multiple industries.

2. Creative Management & Governance
• Oversee creative development across campaigns, brand assets, communication, and content.
• Review and guide creative output to ensure quality, consistency, and strategic alignment.
• Work closely with brand managers across industries to understand brand-specific requirements, category priorities, and communication needs.
• Collaborate with digital and performance marketing teams to ensure cohesive, aligned, and consistent communication across all platforms.

3. Multi-Industry Brand Support
• Work across sectors including FMCG, Energy, Real Estate, and other emerging verticals.
• Adapt creative approaches based on industry nuances while maintaining brand coherence.
• Support brand creation, rebranding, and category expansion initiatives.

4. Campaign & Content Oversight
• Guide concept development and creative execution across digital, social, print, packaging, and corporate communication.
• Ensure creative effectiveness across both brand-building and performance-driven campaigns.

5. Team & Agency Coordination
• Work closely with Brand Managers across multiple industries to understand brand requirements, category priorities, and communication objectives for both new and existing brands.
• Act as the central creative anchor working with external creative and design agencies to develop compelling visua language, strong brand presence, and consistent storytelling across all brands.
• Leverage agency ecosystems, capabilities, and creative strengths to build high-quality brand identities, launch campaigns, rebranding exercises, and ongoing corporate and brand communications.
• Guide and align agencies on creative direction, brand tonality, and execution standards across new brand launches as well as established corporate and product brands.
• Ensure continuity, consistency, and evolution of creative expression across industries while maintaining distinct identity for each brand.

Requirements
• 7–10+ years of experience in creative roles with strategic exposure.
• Experience working across multiple industries; exposure to FMCG and Energy sectors is strongly preferred.
• Background in handling multi-brand environments will be an advantage.
• Prior agency + brand-side experience is a strong plus
• Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and visual communication ability.
• Experience in integrated campaign development across online and offline channels.
• Strong understanding of brand identity systems and design frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple brands and categories simultaneously.
