Role Purpose
To lead the Group’s overall financial strategy, governance, and capital structure across diversified business
verticals — including Power, Renewables, FMCG, and Food & Beverage, ensuring long-term financial
sustainability, optimal liquidity, and enterprise value creation. The Group CFO will drive funding initiatives,
investor relations, and strategic financial decision-making to position Strategic Wealth as a globally trusted
investment and operating platform.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Financial Leadership
1. Lead and oversee the Group’s consolidated financial management across all business sectors,
ensuring consistency in governance, reporting standards, and financial discipline.
2. Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies that align with the Group’s growth,
expansion, and diversification objectives.
3. Drive long-term financial planning, forecasting, and capital structuring to sustain business agility
and profitability.

Capital Structuring, Funding & Investor Relations
1. Raise debt and equity (as required) to fund expansion, acquisitions, and new investment
opportunities.
2. Develop and implement capital allocation strategies ensuring optimal deployment of resources
across business units and investments.
3. Manage debt structuring, refinancing, and funding requirements to maintain liquidity and
capital efficiency while minimizing cost of capital.
4. Oversee treasury management including cash flow optimization, liquidity forecasting, and
foreign exchange risk mitigation.
5. Lead investor relations efforts by building transparent and trust-based relationships with
shareholders, financial institutions, and potential investors.
6. Prepare and deliver periodic investor briefings, board presentations, and performance reports to
enhance investor confidence and market credibility.
7. Ensure continuous monitoring of capital markets and identify opportunities for strategic funding
or divestment.

Governance, Reporting & Compliance
1. Oversee Group-level financial consolidation, IFRS reporting, audits, and compliance across all
geographies and business entities.
2. Establish a robust governance and internal control framework to ensure integrity, transparency,
and accountability in all financial operations.
3. Ensure adherence to statutory, tax, and regulatory obligations across multiple jurisdictions.
4. Drive automation and digital transformation across finance functions for accuracy, scalability, and
reporting efficiency.

Business Partnering & Growth Enablement
1. Collaborate with the Board, CEO, and business heads on M&A, strategic partnerships, and
cross-border expansion initiatives.
2. Provide financial leadership on new market entries, feasibility studies, and business model
evaluations.
3. Partner with senior leadership to evaluate ROI, capital investments, and portfolio profitability.
4. Provide insights for performance improvement and operational decision-making through
advanced analytics and financial modelling.

Leadership & Culture
1. Build, mentor, and develop high-performing finance teams across regions.
2. Foster a culture of financial accountability, ethical governance, and operational excellence.
3. Represent the Group in high-level financial negotiations and external stakeholder engagements.

Key Skills & Experience
1. Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in
multinational environments.
2. Proven expertise in corporate finance, debt and equity fundraising, investor relations, and
treasury management.
3. Demonstrated experience in multi-sector financial management, particularly across Power,
Renewables, FMCG, and diversified industries.
4. Strong understanding of capital markets, financial instruments, and risk management
frameworks.
5. Hands-on experience in finance transformation, ERP implementation, and data-driven
decision systems.
6. Expertise in IFRS, taxation, audit, and corporate governance.
7. Excellent communication and board presentation skills with strong financial and strategic
acumen.
8. Leadership capability to influence and collaborate across business units and geographies.
