II. Scope of Work:
We are seeking a highly competent Manager – Accounts & Finance to oversee multientity accounting, financial reporting, treasury management, tax compliance, and audit
coordination across the group. The candidate must be well-versed with IFRS, monthly
book closure, budgeting, internal controls, multi-currency and investment/tradingrelated accounting.
This role requires strong ownership, integrity, and the ability to manage fast-paced,
promoter-driven business environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Bookkeeping
1. Ensure accurate accounting for all group entities in line with IFRS and relevant
accounting standards.
2. Complete monthly book closure within defined timelines.
3. Perform key closing activities:
4. Bank Reconciliation
5. Accruals
6. Prepaid/Postpaid schedules
7. Intercompany reconciliations
8. Ledger scrutiny
9. Maintain audit-ready books throughout the year instead of year-end preparation.
Financial Reporting & Analysis
10. Execute monthly books closing for multiple companies.
11. Support budgeting process – prepare budgets & forecasts in coordination with CFO/MIS.
12. Perform Budget vs Actual variance analysis after each closing.
13. Provide variance insights to MIS team and support profitability reporting.
14. Ensure financial data is shared with MIS team within agreed timelines.

Audit, Compliance & Taxation
1. Ensure monthly audit-readiness and maintain schedules for year-end consolidation.
2. Coordinate with Internal & External Auditors.
3. Manage UAE VAT filings, reconciliations, and compliance.
4. Ensure strong working knowledge of Corporate Tax (CT) requirements.
Treasury & Fund Management
5. Track upcoming planned expenses and monitor daily/weekly fund requirements.
6. Analyse cash flow to ensure liquidity and proper fund allocation.
7. Link investment/trading payouts with bank balances for accurate planning.
8. Handle corporate card (Expense Management) platform:
9. Monitor top-ups
10. Ensure proper supporting documents
11. Flag non-compliant spends
12. Initiate chargebacks where required

Investment & Trading Accounting
1. Record investment, trading, and hedging transactions across markets.
2. Reconcile broker statements with books and bank accounts.
3. Ensure proper recognition of gains, losses, charges, MTM, and related adjustments.

Process Standardization & Controls
1. Develop and standardize SOPs across Accounts & Finance.
2. Implement internal controls to minimize errors, leakages, and inefficiencies.
3. Support future migration from Tally to new ERP; assist in data migration and system
transition.

Cross-functional Collaboration
1. Liaise with departments such as HR, MIS, Admin, Operations, and Promoter
Office for data and approvals.
2. Ensure smooth communication and timely resolution of finance-related matters.

Competency requirements:
Qualifications
1. CA/CPA/ACCA with 5+ years’ experience OR
2. Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years’ experience.
Experience
3. Minimum 3 years of UAE experience mandatory.
4. Strong background in multi-entity accounting.
5. Experience in family office finance functions preferred.
6. Experience in accounting for investment/trading activities.
Technical Skills
7. Strong knowledge of IFRS and UAE Tax Laws (VAT & Corporate Tax).
8. Advanced Excel skills.
9. Experience with Tally and exposure to ERP migration projects.
10. Strong understanding of budgeting, fund management, internal controls, and
compliance.
